  • The ICC was established in 2002 as the permanent court of last resort to prosecute individuals responsible for the world’s most heinous atrocities. The United Nations General Assembly endorsed the ICC, but the court is independent.

  • A panel of three judges will decide whether to issue the arrest warrants and allow a case to proceed. The judges typically take two months to make such decisions.



  • Ohio is one of two states (Washington) that sets the deadline to put a presidential nominee on the state's ballot before the party convention selects their candidate.

  • House Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) says Joe Biden will be on the ballot this November, but the legal way of completing the task has passed. The Republican-led Statehouse will have to act on their own will in order for President Biden's name to appear on Ohio voters' ballots.





  • According to reports, Xi has told Putin the two have the chance to drive changes the world has not seen in a century, which many analysts see as an attempt to challenge a U.S.-led global order.

  • China and Russia declared a "no limits" partnership in February 2022 when Putin visited Beijing just days before he sent tens of thousands of troops into Ukraine, triggering the deadliest land war in Europe since World War Two.



  • At a livestream event, the technology was seen translating real time conversations and completing white collar work much faster than people currently can.
